Dance Videos

While working in Lehi, Utah, I stumbled on an empty train station on a Sunday morning when all were in Church and it called to my soul and told a story.

In recognition of my 64th Birthday, I offer a piece reflecting the paradox of living in time-bound bodies as timeless beings. This was shot at Thanksgiving Point in Lehi, Utah as a self-portrait on the iPhone 11 Pro. (Upgrading my phone also on the Birthday list!) Music: Recomposed by Peter Gregson from Bach cello suite Gigue 6.6 (Summer Tales Arrangement) https://petergregson.co.uk/

Merry Christmas 2020!

During the coronavirus pandemic we have been ordered to stay at home. But where is our true home? Is there a place in the home of our hearts where the rooms and walls and boundaries dissolve? This video is the expression of God's grace moving through this time of isolation to finding a greater unity within. May Grace prevail in whatever challenges you face. Song: "All the Saints and Sages Are Here" by Omkara and Omraj

This is my gratitude gift to Moojibaba and the Sangha following my stay in Monte Sahaja in Portugal after returning to Los Angeles. It was shot at Point Dume in Malibu. Jai Moojibaba! Mooji.org   Song: "Evening Prayer" by Martin Rixen.

I stayed in Joshua Tree, California to attend via online a most beautiful Satsang retreat with Mooji held live in Portugal. Upon its close I went into the National Park and shot some video, alive in this heart of infinite Stillness. The music is an excerpt from the track "Morning Light" from the exquisite CD, The Calling, by the Armenian flute artist Karuna which features the voice of Mooji. (Available at mooji.org/shop) This video is my gift of gratitude to Moojibaba.

Procession of the Seasons  - 4 Parts

Honoring the various energies and cycles we traverse in form, this project began in 2013 with 'Winter Reflections", followed by "Spring Conceptions", "Summer Jubilations" and lastly "Fall Dissolutions.  Each video was shot on its respective transition from one season to the next, either on the Equinox when day and night are equal or the solstice when it is the longest day or night of the year. The ebb and flow of light on the Earth is intertwined with our human cycles and great value is gained by recognizing and honoring our beloved Gaia's rhythms, as our forms are extensions of her.

Part 1 - Spring

Shot during the Spring Equinox 2014, this is the second installment in a four part series honoring our Mother Earth's seasonal transitions. Music by J.S. Bach.

Part 2 - Summer

Shot over the Summer Solstice 2014, this is the 3rd installment in the four part seasonal dance meditation series. Hammer dulcimer music by Diane Ippel.

Part 3 - Fall

Shot over Fall Equinox, 2014. In fall we are falling toward the darkness of winter when light again begins to grow. Music is Spiegel Im Spiegel by Estonian composer Arvo Part.

Part 4 - Winter

Shot during the Winter Solstice, 2013, this is the first installment in a four part series honoring our Mother Earth's seasonal transitions. Music by George Winston.

Shot as a tour through many of the Sedona vortex power centers integrating masculine and feminine energies in the sacred marriage of the heart.

Music by Jesse Kalu.
